- 3 whole eggs hard-boiled
- 1 whole avocado ripe, peeled and pitted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper to taste
- to taste paprika for garnish
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
In a bowl, mash the avocado and egg yolks together until smooth.
Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the avocado mixture and mix well.
Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture into the egg white halves.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
