1 lb ground turkey | |
1/2 cup bread crumbs | |
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese | |
1/4 cup chopped parsley | |
1/4 cup chopped onion | |
1 clove garlic, minced | |
1 egg, lightly beaten | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
1/4 tsp black pepper | |
12 slider buns | |
Tomato sauce | |
Sliced mozzarella cheese | |

1. | In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. |
2. | Shape mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet. |
3. | Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. |
4. | Slice slider buns and spread tomato sauce on the bottom half. |
5. | Top with a turkey meatball, a slice of mozzarella cheese, and a basil leaf. |
6. | Place the top half of the bun on top and secure with a toothpick. |
7. | Repeat with remaining meatballs and buns. |
8. | Serve and enjoy! |
