A delicious and easy-to-make tofu stir fry that’s perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams tofu pressed and cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove tofu from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  • Add bell pepper and broccoli and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Add tofu back to the skillet.
  • Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
