Ingredients

200g pasta, cooked and cooled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, basil, and parsley.
2.In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
3.Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat.
4.Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
5.Enjoy!
