10 oz feta cheese | |
2 cups cherry tomatoes | |
1/2 cup black olives | |
1/4 cup olive oil | |
2 cloves garlic, minced | |
1 tsp dried oregano | |
1 tsp dried thyme | |
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes | |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
Fresh basil leaves for garnish |
1. | Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). |
2. | Place the feta cheese in a baking dish. |
3. | Arrange the cherry tomatoes and black olives around the feta cheese. |
4. | In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well. |
5. | Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the feta cheese, tomatoes, and olives. |
6. | Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the feta cheese is soft and slightly golden. |
7. | Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves. |
8. | Serve hot with crusty bread or pita chips. |
