A delicious and healthy recipe for grilled sea bass.
2 sea bass fillets | |
1 lemon, sliced | |
2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or dill), chopped | |
2 cloves garlic, minced | |
2 tablespoons olive oil | |
Salt and pepper, to taste |
1. | Preheat grill to medium heat. |
2. | Season sea bass fillets with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. |
3. | Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub to coat evenly. |
4. | Place sliced lemon and chopped herbs on top of each fillet. |
5. | Grill sea bass for about 5-7 minutes per side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. |
