Ingredients

2 sea bass fillets
1 lemon, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or dill), chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium heat.
2.Season sea bass fillets with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
3.Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub to coat evenly.
4.Place sliced lemon and chopped herbs on top of each fillet.
5.Grill sea bass for about 5-7 minutes per side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
6.Serve hot with a side of mixed greens or rice.
