Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece pizza dough approximately 12 inches in diameter
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce use your favorite
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Place the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Distribute the sliced mushrooms evenly on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, and add dried oregano and basil if desired.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
