Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- Caesar dressing to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, basil, dill, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.

Nice recipe but what if I don’t have olives?? I don’t like them anyway. Can I just leave them out?
