Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Paprika for garnish

Instructions

1.Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
2.Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
3.Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
4.Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the mashed yolks. Mix well to combine.
5.Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
6.Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
7.Serve chilled.
