6 hard-boiled eggs | |
1/4 cup mayonnaise | |
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard | |
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish | |
1/4 teaspoon salt | |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper | |
Paprika for garnish |
1. | Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. |
2. | Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. |
3. | Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. |
4. | Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the mashed yolks. Mix well to combine. |
5. | Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture. |
6. | Sprinkle with paprika for garnish. |
7. | Serve chilled. |
