A delicious and healthy turkey and zucchini hash recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until translucent.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add zucchini, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until zucchini is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
