Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 egg large
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups sliced fresh fruit kiwi, raspberries, etc.), strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
