Pork and Tomato Brunch Pizza
Delicious and satisfying brunch pizza topped with pork and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 batch of pizza dough
- 1 cup of cooked pulled pork
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a round shape and place it on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread the pulled pork evenly over the dough.
- Arrange the cherry tomato halves on top of the pulled pork.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped basil over the pizza.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
