A refreshing and healthy salad with a combination of sweet mangoes and creamy avocados.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, and cilantro.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss everything together until well combined.
