Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced cooked pork
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add diced pork and cook until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Push pork to one side of the skillet and add beaten eggs to the other side.
  • Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the pork.
  • Add cooked rice, pineapple, peas, red bell pepper, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ginger powder to the skillet.
  • Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
