Delicious and healthy grilled Greek salmon recipe
Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon sliced
- parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a large plate and pour the marinade over them. Let the salmon marinate for 10 minutes.
- Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the grilled salmon with lemon slices and fresh parsley for garnish.
