Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and cut each half into thin slices.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip each avocado slice into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the coated avocado slices in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Transfer the fried avocado slices to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Serve the fried avocado slices warm as a snack or appetizer.
