Refreshing and healthy cucumber smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 Lemon
Instructions
- Peel and chop the cucumber and banana.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- Add the cucumber, spinach, banana, almond milk, honey, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
