Delicious and healthy coconut and date bliss balls that are perfect for snacking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Place dates, shredded coconut, almonds, cashews, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
  • Process until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bliss balls to firm up.
  • Serve and enjoy!
