Delicious and healthy coconut and date bliss balls that are perfect for snacking!
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Place dates, shredded coconut, almonds, cashews, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
- Process until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bliss balls to firm up.
- Serve and enjoy!
