Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound strawberries fresh
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the strawberries.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating it about three-quarters of the way up.
  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  • Serve and enjoy!
