Delicious baked stuffed figs filled with a creamy cheese mixture and topped with a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
- 12 figs fresh
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut off the stems of the figs and score the tops with a cross.
- In a bowl, mix together the goat cheese and chopped walnuts.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the scored part of each fig.
- Place the stuffed figs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the stuffed figs with honey before serving.
